A Telegram channel link and a Telegram group link may look similar, but the destinations serve different purposes. A member service that supports one does not automatically support the other.

A channel-member campaign belongs in the announcement record. It should not be interpreted as a support-group acquisition campaign. Opening the private group to satisfy an unrelated service requirement would also undermine the company's onboarding process.
For the support group, consent-based invitations to actual customers may fit the purpose better. The relevant measure is useful participation, not simply a displayed membership increase.
Keep the link stable and the records separate
Record the link used, its expiry or limit where applicable, the order time and the baseline member count. If an invite is revoked, tell the provider through the appropriate private support channel.
Changing a link does not necessarily mean an existing order automatically follows the new destination. Ask what can be corrected and what cannot. Avoid placing another order until the status of the first one is understood.
