The lowest rate in a TikTok views catalog is not necessarily the lowest cost for your campaign. Minimum quantities, supported links, quantity allocation and funding requirements can change what you actually spend.
A useful comparison begins with a small campaign specification: which videos, how many views per video, the relevant service type and the maximum amount you are prepared to commit. Price becomes meaningful only after those details are fixed.

Compare the unit before comparing the number
A package price and a rate per thousand are different ways of displaying a quote. Convert both to the same campaign quantity, while respecting each product's minimum order.
For a per-thousand rate, the arithmetic is quantity divided by 1,000, multiplied by the rate. However, an entry with a minimum of 1,000 cannot automatically be purchased in a quantity of 200 just because the formula produces a number.

Work through a minimum-order example
Consider two hypothetical quotes, not current merchant prices. Option A costs $0.80 per thousand but has a 1,000-view minimum. Option B costs $1.20 per thousand with a 100-view minimum. You need 200 views on each of four videos.
Option A requires four minimum orders, costing $3.20 and covering a nominal 4,000 views. Option B allows four 200-view orders, costing $0.96 for the intended 800 views. The higher unit rate is cheaper for this particular specification.
This is not a recommendation to use either fictional product. It demonstrates why a price list sorted from lowest to highest can answer the wrong question.
Distinguish allocated quantity from a shared pool
“4,000 views” could mean 4,000 on one video, 1,000 each on four videos, or a configurable pool. Ask how the service allocates the quantity. Never assume the merchant divides an order across every video on a profile.
If several links require separate orders, record the minimum for each one. A campaign total that works mathematically may still be incompatible with the ordering interface.
Also check whether the service applies to normal video posts, a particular content format or a live event. A cheap quote for the wrong object is not a useful alternative.
Separate purchase cost from money tied up
A prepaid balance is not identical to service expenditure. For example, adding a hypothetical $10 balance and spending $2.40 leaves $7.60 unspent before any fees or other charges. Your cash commitment was $10; the recorded service cost was $2.40.
Track both, and check the actual refund rules for unused balances. Do not assume a service refund will return money to your original payment method rather than your account balance.
Payment charges and currency conversion, if applicable, belong in a separate line. Do not add imaginary fees, but do not omit charges shown in the real checkout either.
What a cheap view does not establish
A low delivery price does not establish watch duration, unique people, useful comments or website visits. Those outcomes require their own evidence. A supplier's speed estimate also does not promise that TikTok will recommend the video to a wider audience.
Keep the service ledger separate from content performance. That makes it possible to evaluate a campaign without turning an inexpensive count into an assumed business return.

The best price comparison produces a full payable amount for a supported order. It does not stop at the smallest number on the page.
