A Seven-Day X Content Calendar for a Product Launch

A seven-day X launch sequence works best when each post answers a different question about the product. Repeating “We launched—buy now” seven times adds frequency without adding much information.

This original plan uses a fictional project-brief tool for small creative teams. Replace every example with truthful product details, actual availability and evidence you have permission to publish.

Establish the launch promise

Write one sentence: “The tool helps small teams turn an unclear request into a reviewable creative brief.” Then identify the intended user, the actual feature set and the destination where someone can learn more.

Do not invent a waitlist, limited offer, customer quote or usage number. If the product is still a prototype, say so. A clear development stage is more credible than a launch claim the destination cannot support.

Days 1 and 2: explain the problem and show the product

Day 1 post example: “A creative request often fails before production begins: the audience and desired result were never defined. We built a small tool to make those decisions visible.” Follow with a real screenshot or clearly labeled mockup.

Day 2: demonstrate one complete workflow. Show entering a project goal, adding a reference and creating the brief. State any feature limitations rather than editing them out of a supposedly complete demonstration.

Days 3 and 4: answer a question and show a use case

Day 3: publish an editorial FAQ about who the tool is for, what it does not do and how data is handled. Do not present invented questions as messages from customers.

Day 4: show a fictional use case, explicitly labeled. For example, a café owner prepares a brief for a menu video. Explain the decisions the tool organizes; do not claim that the fictional café increased sales.

A short thread can connect the steps. X supports threads, but each post should add a distinct part of the explanation. X Help: Creating a thread

Days 5 and 6: explain choices and invite useful feedback

Day 5: compare the workflow with a blank document or your own previous process. Keep the comparison fair and avoid claiming that competitors lack features you have not checked.

Day 6: ask a specific product question: “Which part of a brief creates the most back-and-forth in your team?” Invite voluntary answers rather than buying replies or manufacturing customer enthusiasm.

Treat criticism as information. Publish corrections when the earlier description was unclear.

Day 7: recap and offer one next step

Summarize what the tool does, who it fits and where to inspect the current version. Mention only real deadlines and available pricing.

Use a tagged destination link so website reporting can distinguish launch placements. Campaign parameters help label traffic, but they do not prove every reader's complete journey or guarantee attribution across devices. Google Analytics: campaign URL parameters

Review the launch without inflating the outcome

Record each post, its purpose, publication time, reporting age, available interactions and reliable website actions. Keep sign-ups, enquiries and purchases separate.

Penmowu lists X engagement services, but service-delivered likes or reposts are not independent product validation. Do not use them as evidence of customer demand or mix them into genuine feedback. X's authenticity rules also prohibit artificial engagement. Penmowu public service catalog X: authenticity policy

The sequence should help a relevant person understand the product progressively. The success of the launch depends on that understanding and the actual next step—not on making seven posts look equally popular.
